Rated 2 out of 5 by from I only use it because I have used it for years I have used TurboTax for over 10 years and it may still be the easiest software to use, but the only reason I keep coming back is that it "remembers" key background from the previous years. This year, I ATTEMPTED to file electronically. As usual, TurboTax "remembered" what I did last year. Unfortunately, my was rejected by the IRS supposedly for my information not matching what they had on file. TubroTax suggests verifying my AGI, which I did, and it was correct. I verified my PIN, my email, my phone, etc. E-File did not work after several attempts so I called TurboTax help. Their suggestion: set up a new email account, and repeat all the steps as though you were a new person. Then they said, sometimes e-file does not work and you just need to mail a paper copy to the IRS.
