Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is so easy! I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I have also referred turbo tax to family n friends. I feel very comfortable doing this thru Turbo Tax. It easy to enter info, if not sure, there is area that explains questions. I do get adjustments once IRS process, but it usually small amount of adjustment. I show my nieces and nephews how to use Turbo Tax too!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Difficult to get help with CD version I seemed to know more about my tax questions than the person on your end. It seems that they are trained more on the downloaded version, not the CD version.
