Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement on several points 1) Turbo Tax should be able to read in all income, soc sec, & retirement documents without having to enter manually,. 2) Turbo Tax should be able to complete all the NH state income tax fields from the provided documents without user having to puzzle their way through it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Connivance has its price Turbo tax since the false adverting scandal in 2021 shocks me why I even come back. It's expensive and anyone could just plug in numbers. Maybe it's the fact of ignorance or not caring about many things right now. One day I hope to not use this service anymore but until then here I am. My expert is always great don't penalize them for trying to make a decent living. This company has a stronghold in the market and it's simply a monopoly. Kudos for a solid business model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No free option? Being forced to pay $60 to get back my pennies back from the government. I'm living well below the poverty and struggling to survive. I was homeless for 6 months this year because of this economic hardships brought on by this terrible administration.
