He took my info, tracked down the issue and walked me through the fix (had to do with lack of info on my 1099-R from the Thrift Savings Plan). Kudos all around!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is streamlined and easy to use I don't usually upgrade to the live service and prefer to handle the filing with TurboTax myself; however, this year was a special case. I noticed that the solar tax credit was incorrect and needed to confirm with a specialist; therefore, I upgraded to the live deluxe product in order to speak with an agent directly. She confirmed the issue and raised a ticket to the company/developers and the issue was resolved before the filing deadline. Although I had to pay more for this service, it was worth it to address the problem.
