Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was forced to use Live I used Turbo Tax Live last year because i had a question that I needed to ask. This year they would not even let me start my taxes without clicking live. I did not use any of the features and was still charged 150. Seems like a trap to me. Otherwise I love turbo. It makes everything easy.

I requested to talk with someone and was worried because I had a longer wait time than normal flag. I requested a call back and she called within 30 seconds. She was super helpful and able to walk me through my excess 1098 forms without blinking an eye. Thank you for your help and always enjoy having the monthly IDnotify.

After entering my W-2 multiple times, it kept declaring my locality incorrectly. I also had to pay extra to file information from my Stocks and other investments.
