Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too expensive and annoying with uncharging I recently used TurboTax to file my taxes, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with their service. Firstly, they charge an exorbitant amount of money for their software, which I found to be a complete rip-off. Not only that, but they kept bombarding me with upgrade offers every time I logged in, which was extremely annoying. It felt like they were trying to milk even more money out of me, even though I had already paid a high fee. Overall, I found TurboTax to be a total waste of my time and money.
