Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy but sometimes not For the most part Turbotax goes out of its way to answer questions you have while initially entering information, and I do like that they are able to download information from many outside sources like ADP/Robinhood. However, when it comes time to review, if you answered a question in a way that requires more information, Turbotax does very little to point you in the right direction. I received Paid Family Leave last year and Turbotax did not give me great questions and ended up asking me for a Schedule C - which did not apply. I had to delete the entry altogether and reenter it according to instructions I found online from others with the same problem. I feel that this lack of help on the back end is an underhanded way to upsell their live help feature. When I'm already paying close to $150 for the base product there is no way I'm going to pay the extra $50 plus tax to answer one or two questions. I will give props to them this year for being up front about the $40 fee for paying for Turbotax through your federal return (I declined, as I usually do).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Liked the new format except for the ease of getting in and out of TurboTax as I worked on my return. I did not find a way to have an icon for TurboTax on my desktop and I wanted to be able to look at my tax return as I responded to the question sequence.
