Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent I hate the fact they advertise as free state and federal tax, it is very misleading for anyone doing taxes. The process is decent but many times it does not help you if you have a form different than what they expect it is almost impossible to enter that information.

He was extraordinarily knowledgeable, explained everything in an easy to understand manner, we easy to work with, nice, answered every question we had in a very timely manner and was quite thorough. Great experience!!
