Rated 3 out of 5 by from Format changes - more cumbersome A few format changes from previous years made the questions cumbersome. Asking questions then saying AGI too high. Or asking about Car registration when my state doesn't accept deduction. However, Turbo Tax did leave the Medical the same, "Did you make over...?" then you don't waste time answering questions. 2. Getting different questions under the same account. Why? It's confusing. 3. Upsell - Be careful. Paying from Refund, Getting refund quicker are now defaults when you scroll through.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1st time SELF TAX prep I was so scared i would mess up. but it was so easy and when i was done i got helo from a live person he was wonderful and heloed me ecplained it all to me and i am so happy

This year I had help with a live representative, he was able to get everything set for me to receive my tax return. I will be using a live Representative again. Thank you Turbo tax
