Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe 2022 I have been using and doing my yearly taxes for many years now and lately it's becoming difficult because of your requirements for the "NEWEST & LATEST OS" I use an Apple Macintosh and it seems every year you are requiring me to upgrade my MacOS, I've gone as high as I can without buying a newer computer and if you require me to upgrade to MacOS Ventura then I'm forced to buy a new computer which cost in the neighborhood of $1500, why can't I keep using macOS Mojave, Catalina or Big Sur? And heaven forbid I have to switch to Windows 10 or 11! I'm retired and live on a FIXED income.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse ever Turbo Tax This is the worse software version ever. Unable to change answer about state taxes. Software quits computation and just goes for standard. Unable to print five year or even year history. Not becoming user friendly. Not very good explanations of the changes. Very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used this product for over 10 years and every year there seems to be more glitches within the program that cause me more and more work. most of the problems involve missing data from previous year, but this year had some incorrect data from last year that I had to look up and correct. Will probably continue using this product but wish they would check it before selling it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like to use it, frequent updates annoying! As we are retired and receive income from several sources, I like to enter each soon after they come in the mail. The problem is that almost each time I open it up, I have to down load another upgrade, which is annoying. I have even had to wait for an upgrade when going back and opening up a file from a previous year!! I wish they would either away w with the down loads or make it possible to enter items and download when closing instead of when opening up. I hope someone not only listens to this but also does something about it. I have been using TurboTax for years. and this is the most annoying thing to me about using TurboTax While I find TurboTax user friendly otherwise, I wish that they would not do so many up
