Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tax Platform Overall, I have liked TurboTax since its inception. I started to use it the first year it was out and have bragged it up ever since. I love it! The only thing I'd like to see is an easier way to navigate between topics, especially when i want to go back to a previous page. One other thing; Often the HELP seems to take you to an irrelevant topic, or in a circle. "where do I enter my pre-payments I made for this tax year?" And stop trying to sell me stuff when I'm in the middle of a tough tax prep!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Business is Awesome Everything went smooth importing last year's data and filling out this year. I got stuck again on the disregarded entity section but managed to clear the problem and efile. IRC 162 stuff could use some better clarity in the program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Return to Turbo Tax is Great! We have returned to Turbo Tax for 2021, and 2022; loving it! Tax Act has been our go-to now for over 10 years,and due to very high price for download software, and big push to on-line tax preparation, we bailed from Tax-Act, and bought the download from Amazon. We found Turbo-Tax to be just fine for 2021, and excellent for 2022. We used the guided method of data entry, which was thorough and very easy to follow. The return to Turbo Tax to be just what we needed. Difficult or impossible to find any shortcomings.

She answered all of my questions and was highly responsive over chat so I could work from home and join calls while she did my taxes. I will definitely use this service again - I hope I can request an expert that I've worked with before because I would love to work with Terry again.
