Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't Be Better I had a complex tax situation in 2020 and dreaded getting started. Once I began, the Turbo Tax online system flowed easily and with each step I gained confidence and by the end I was relaxed, confident and fully informed about all aspects of my return. The very last piece was my solar panel rebate and I thought it would be difficult be we sailed right through. This is my go-to place from now on. The software is bright, uncluttered and there are clear explanations for everything. Thanks to Turbo Tax for taking a huge worry off my plate at a reasonable price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just okay this year I had trouble this year getting around errors that Turbotax created. I had to finally delete partnership forms that I didn't need but TT kept asking for a name. I got an error that HDeduc (whatever that is) was estimated and needed to be updated. I never could figure that out since nothing was marked estimated. I went through all the boxes and entered zeros and the error went away.

IT ONLINE TURBO TAX PLATFORM IS SO EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND ADD TAX INFORMATION. THIS YEAR I HAD TO FILE A 1099-R AND I HAD THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TAX EXPERTS WALKED ME THROUGH EACH STEP OF THE WAY. THANK YOU SO MUCH TURBO TAX PROFESSIONALS. I'LL BE BACK NEXT YEAR 2021
