Rated 1 out of 5 by from Impossible to Do State Taxes Properly! Each year, you auto from Federal to State; you DO NOT ASK whom is filing state, you JUST ASSUME who it is! Wrong to the fullest EXTENT: Each year I must go in and OVERRIDE/change BETTER than 90% of the state return in order to file properly! It gets tiresome!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent I hate the fact they advertise as free state and federal tax, it is very misleading for anyone doing taxes. The process is decent but many times it does not help you if you have a form different than what they expect it is almost impossible to enter that information.
