What I like the most is the perk of being able to communicate with someone within five minutes. Chats and phone calls with an expert have always been so helpful when I am stumped and have questions. It's the reason I keep coming back. Great and quality service.

The Online TurboTax is extremely user friendly and the Help Assistance is fantastic. We spoke to tax professionals twice for help while doing our taxes and they were knowledgeable, patient and courteous.
