Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not as good as it used to be I had issues with automatic updates this year. It kept giving me Error message. Had to research through online, community, etc... to finally got the link to do a manual update after uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing,... to get the software to work properly again. It was time consuming for me who don't have much time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy This may be the last year I use TurboTax. Their differentiator (auto import) failed big time with a long 1099. The ensuing review/correct step bugged out and would not allow me to correct the errors. The only workaround I found was to delete the offending 1099 and manually input each line. Definitely not worth the cost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not free Pigeon holes you into spending too much money for a free program. It cost us 50 dollars for the program, 60 dollars to file our state taxes and then 40 dollars when we used our tax returns to pay for the service fees. This is outrageous and we will be spending that money on a local tax professional next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Great I needed help with some forms I needed to file and Theresa my tax expert helped me do this. I have been able to file on my own for the past few years very easily. This year I had different forms and several questions I needed answered. Theresa was very helpful and professional. She even looked up answers to my questions that she was unsure of and therefore every question I asked was answered. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.
