Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax good, couldn't refund premium I thought I needed the premium feature to calculate capital loss, but I found out that was actually for 2023 and didn't need it for 2022. However, by the time I figured that out I couldn't take it off my account even though I didn't use it at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely frustrating experience After spending over an hour on my taxes, I had to delete them and start from square one. I had accidentally clicked that I was self-employed while trying to add a 1099-MISC (same name for the form), but the program would not let me move on without filling in inaccurate information. I tried to delete the form, but kept getting stuck on a loop of it asking for the nonexistent info. Also, the ads within need to stop! If I am paying for a service, I don't want to constantly be inundated by ads for extra features that are unnecessary for filing or to create a new bank account. I understand you need to market, but it was overkill. Next year, I will be exploring competitors.
