Constant nickel and diming I used to like turbo tax for tax purposes - was relatively quick and painless. now they just keep adding more fees, removing basic options that were cheaper and charging for everything. I'll be looking into an alternative product for next year for sure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from difficult to do but got it done Difficult and long time to to complete, but they have a good team that can chat via computer or give phone call to help you. There is a lot of confusing language which makes it difficult to do all on your own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doing taxes from home is great! I've been using Turbo Tax for years. Like the way the program goes over items and lets you review everything as needed. I saw the new Turbo mode but didn't try it. Personally I'm in no rush to fly through my taxes and don't think anyone should be either. Turbo Tax is easy to use but I take my time. The cost has gone up over the years. Please Turbo Tax don't get greedy. Doing your taxes from home is great! You can do them at your pace, the program is easy to use. I'm a fan.
