I have never had a problem and the user interface is very friendly, all the info windows they provide are excellent. Sometimes I look at their forum to answer a few other questions but so far my experience with the service has been phenomenal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from chronic glitches Every year there is glitches that are frustrating. It usually takes a long wait on the phone or stupid computer generated fixes that are irrevelant to my problem. More American people are needed to accommidate problems that are software related. I'm wondering if I should purchase Quickbooks or not?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from State e-filing was NOT user friendly I was able to e= file my federal taxes. However, after purchasing the disc and receiving a code to file my state return, it still tried to charge me $25 for the state return. I ended up mailing the state return instead of e-filing. Didn't receive what was promised at purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Thank you I have used TT for years!! One year, I had to file late and used and accountant and she screwed it up. I was a tiny bit frustrated this year because it missed the education credit for all three of my college students!! I signed up for live. No one is available at this time of year, so I had to search the help subjects and sort through links until I found out how to enter it myself. Two of them qualified last year and it didn't even come up. One of them didn't even ask for the 1098T information (the cost of school vs scholarships and grants). I could have gone back to the accountant for that. But I still got charged $60 extra for the live help, even though they weren't available!!
