Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is the way to go!!! TurboTax walks you through every step of the way. It asked me things I would of never thought of. I know I am getting my full refund. This is my year 6 of using TurboTax Live Deluxe. Called for a question. GREAT customer service. My tax person was so very helpful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great all-around TurboTax is easy to use and we found some deductions we didn't know about earlier. We also enjoy the peace of mind for audit defense and identity theft protection. Keeping track of our credit score has been great too since we are about to purchase a house

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use The product was straightforward and easy to use. Only complaint is with the local RITA filing; still doesn't have a means of submitting online, so you end up having to print 50 pages to mail via USPS to RITA entity; not Turbotax's fault, but still annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from E-File Does not work and Help Does not respond S-Corp 1120-S and Partnership 1065 would nor E-file for Arizona as newly required (or Fed). Telephone and email questions received no timely response. Many, many inconsistencies in forms. Every time a new page was required I was forced back to the desktop - re-open to next page. Help FAQ's did not even remotely tie to my questions/problems/frustration.
