Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Service Amazing experience. It feels like I walked into someone's office virtually and a tax expert was on the phone live and completed my return immediately. No, wait, no back n forth. Sandy who was my tax preparer was amazing. Kind, polite, and humble. She knows what she is doing and had control from the beginning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Have used for years. Very pleased. I use it for both my return and my retired mother's return. If your returns are not complex, it's worth using this service. I previously used and accountant but found that I was doing all the work anyway. If I have to gather all my tax info, why not enter it myself instead of paying someone else. Plus, I can work on it whenever I want and not have to set up an appointment with a professional. This is my 8th year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 7th Year with Turbo Tax I like the new feature for 2022 showing the estimated time it will take me to complete my taxes. It was within just a few minutes of my actual filing time. Taxes aren't fun, but this gives you a goal!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ever year it gets more complex and even more expen It took several calls to reps who weren't knowledgeable at all. The last rep finally knew what he was doing. I feel like I take a significant loss using this service, as I'm seeing others' refunds are significantly higher. Every year it's like the price increases but the value does not. It went from costing 269 last year to over 350 this year. I don't think I will be using this service again. I'd rather go back to the paper way of filing.
