Rated 3 out of 5 by from Misleading Ads. Not bad overall the "simple returns file free" is true but misleading. You have to have a total barebones return. I have an HSA, everything else is standard. That disqualifies me from the free version. I get they have to make money, but at least don't promote something that doesn't apply to most people. Also, the price is basically the same as going to an accountant or E-filing through other sites. Once the "simple returns" business is eliminated from your tax return, you might as well go somewhere else. User interface is fine. I expect this ease of use in this day and age.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Alot of rework Very frustrated with the software. I had to manually update many of the forms to get the correct information. Was very disappointed that you could not upload data from quickbooks online. Everything had to be manually entered. Data was also doubled on state returns and had to be manually adjusted.

My tax expert Sumathi was super nice and guided me through the process. I also had a couple of questions about my tax situation and she was very helpful in answering my concerns. It's been a smooth process and filing taxes has never been easier.
