Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long-time TurboTax User Everything about TurboTax is done well with 2 asterisks: (1) if you have very complicated tax questions, use a tax preparer; not every question or situation is sufficiently described in TT's help & support; (2) be careful how you start! My order cost me about $100 extra this year even though I didn't use the Live services. If I had started my return and then added the Live services, I could have just downgraded my order. Since I started by selecting the Live services (which TT offered as the first option when I started), I would have had to clear all my work and start over to remove the Live services. Left a bad taste in my mouth with TT this year, but otherwise this is a great product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from $120 for standard deduction is crazy! The price goes up every year. It is crazy to charge that much. Then on top of it, they wanted another $40 to pay with my refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incomplete It's March 4 and I still cannot efile my NYS return. I've spent hours on the phone with well meaning customer service representatives. The latest "promise" was that the system would be ready to file my NYS forms by 3/3. The filing must be done electronically and by March 15.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tax RETURNS Great experts. They were very kind and helpful in answering my questions. They helped me when i was stuck. The software is also a great tool. Thank you. The only downside is the fee charged for filing taxes. It is a bit high considering my busibess is anot all that big.
