Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is good I feel that turbo tax is good because it keeps me on track with my tax information. Each year the tax information get harder and harder and turbo tax is a great service. I am glad that we can have turbo tax to give us great service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great but too much money to file!! Turbo tax advertises FREE tax returns. Last year it was $29.95 to file state. This year I paid $106 and I'm 87 years old! You should at least have a senior discount.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax was pretty good Overall experience was good. Easy to understand and navigate the software. I'm military, and the military specific aspects of my taxes transferred well. Overall, TurboTax was a very good product for me to use in filing my taxes. The only complaint I have is that I requested twice to speak to an expert about some questions I had, and both times it gave me a wait time of about 15 minutes, but I was never contacted, and one of the times I got an email saying my case was closed...when I had not even been called yet. Very frustrating.
