Rated 2 out of 5 by from Been using for years, this will be the last I am pretty upset with this years Turbo Tax. When reaching out for help I had a representative hang up on me for asking simple questions. You guys charged me $117 in fees... $39 for each state and federal and option for direct deposit. On top of all the that I do not believe my Federal Tax Return was even accurate and perhaps it is being finagled and stolen. I will go to an actual Tax person next year. This service used to be good when I first filed, now its sucks. thanks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slight problem I had a slight problem with Turbo Tax this year. In the past I've always gotten e-mails to update me on the status of my e-file. This year I got nothing. I had to keep going into Turbo Tax to check the status. When I called for help they couldn't do anything.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very confusing to a non professional w/hidden cost Somehow the system wanted to enter a bunch of investment information from my IRA from which I've had NO distributions at all. That issue made me have upgrade to a more deluxe service in order to be able continue when it was an error on TT's part and could not be removed at checkout. My refund last year from a CPA prepared return was $866 more than my refund this year with almost identical numbers. Not sure I'll be back next year
