Even after you buy the product they try to sell it to you again and again many times a week for months. Erroneously entered additional income twice. IMPOSSIBLE to get telephone or on-line help to determine how to delete on of the instances. Was ready to delete return and start over when I finally, with no help from Turbotax, figured it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax can't transmit state returns Turbo Tax could not file state return and provided no support to fix the issue. New York requires e-filing of state taxes. Turbo Tax error message was to check for updates because it could not read the information on the forms.
