Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Experience with Turbo Tax I love how Turbo tax is aware when Im struggling with a page. I usually struggle because I dont know what Im looking at. But then the option for a chat popped up and its free! Janelle who was the person who kindlt guided me througha dna snwered all my questions was amazing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is okay The problem with this product is that it continues to try and get you to upgrade and charges too much for a simple addition of a few forms. In example, if you are self-employed you have to upgrade to premium just to file. This is after you have laborously entered all your tax information and probably just want to move forward.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect Love using TurboTax but really dislike all the sales/pop-ups -- the "race" for how fast you do taxes, the Credit Karma pitches, the add Max. They are so prevalent that sometimes it's difficult to "not click" to get past them :(

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as Easy as Buying the CD This is the first year doing Turbo Tax online. Not as user friendly as the Turbo Tax CD. I prefer buying the CD better, but I do not have Windows 10 on my computer. After going over it several times I found mistakes in my favor that wasn't picked up originally.
