Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great software, used for 20 years+ I started an Etsy business this past year and had to file taxes to include my earnings this year. Ran into a problem I did not know how to correct and the TurboTax expert I talked to took me thru the process of how to correct really fast and easily explained the problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is awesome. TurboTax is awesome. Guided me through all the steps and helped me understand my tax filings. Neatly formatted and it was easy to navigate. I felt its little expensive. Would like to see some incentives/discounts for returning customers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use I have been using TurboTax for a while now and I find it to be very user friendly. It's very convenient that it holds your last year's tax information so you don't have to go through the hassle or entering a lot of information in. It's FREE for people like me who are just filing a standard tax form. You can get questions answered easily without having to call anyone. They keep you updated on the status of your returns by text if you want or by email. I highly recommend.

However I have had much experience as a tax preparer over the years and I would like a way to leap for repetitive questions, like "tell us how you want to input your data" for each individual interest source. There should be a way to default to a preference. I would also like to be able to enter bulk data all on one screen like for interest and dividends. Entry is too tedious for someone who has done this before
