Rated 3 out of 5 by from I think previous years' TAX input method was bette First: I DO RECOMMEND TURBOTAX above all the rest. This year, I was not as happy as previous years. I will continue to press INTUIT to offer a tax reporting platform geared towards (1) active traders, (2) complex options trading strategy, (3) complex and sophisticated real estate investment processes, and (4) other exotic investment strategies not mentioned here. But still, it's a great platform above all the rest.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use, with only one minor glitch All was well until the final review of the state tax return, when I got a message saying that my pension should not have been listed where it was. Odd, since TT filled out the form, not I. It highlighted the number but didn't tell me what to do. I had to live chat with a very competent and lovely customer service rep who told me exactly what to do, and who stayed with me while I checked to see if the correction had gone through. All was well!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is easy, we have used for over 10 years We always use Turbo Tax. It is easy to use and we have only had one issue in the past. It was a issue we missed with getting married. We have used it for over 10 years.
