Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy Software The "prepare to be amazed" auto-transfer of info from your banking institution DOESN'T WORK. And the software makes all kinds of assumptions THAT ARE WRONG and cannot be fixed. I spent hours today trying to do a relatively simple tax return, plus another 40 minutes on the line with a very, very nice customer service rep who also couldn't fix the problems. We ended up having to trash an entire form and start over manually entering all the information again. Am I amazed? NOT AT ALL.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long time Turbo Tax User After nearly 20 years of using TurboTax the ease of use is better, though when "starting where you left off" while re-logging on did not really go to the same place. While really happy with the results constantly slogging through the ads to upgrade to a more expensive version was a bit much.
