Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax is way to expensive for working class The people are great to work with however turbotax is way to expensive for working class Americans. I had to pay almost half of what I got back from my return to turbotax. The process took about a hour for them to file my taxes.

But I apparently didn't click the right boxes and was getting nowhere. Called for help and Ben from Washington State came on the line. Yes, he calmed me down by his kind words and patience. I was very hyper. He talked me through filing successfully! Thanks, Ben!

I like that it's very clear and prompts you through every step of the way! I reached out to a Live agent and David was able to help me regarding my questions.
