It SUPER FRUSTRATED and swearing not to ever use TurboTax again but after I finally was able to reach Michael, a live person, he walked me through everything and was great. The software was not letting me sign in and I was on an infinite loop. Then when I tried to contact customer service it just resent the reset password info to my phone/email. I was so, so angry! But eventually I was able to get through to Michael, and even though he said that he had never seen this issue before he was able to walk me through the solution and stayed with me until we were able to get the taxes submitted. Mostly I'm just upset now because even though I'd used the download that I'd purchased at Target I had to re-pay in order to proceed with e-filing. So, if it weren't for Michael, I would have given 0-1 star. But you do have great customer service people so...
