Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grateful for such a helpful resource Taxes are easily one of the most stressful moments of the year, but with turbotax I know that I am going to get the best possible return and do it without worry of making a life altering mistake. I always get anxious when filing, but because I'm using turbotax I'm able to breath deeply throughout the process and end up feeling nothing but relief.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wasted my time Stated that former employer overcharged me $600+ in Social Security tax. Had to spend a lot of time gathering information to only find out that nothing was done wrong on their end. It's upsetting to initially think I overpaid and even worse to see that TurboTax led me down the wrong path. The whole "speed race" feature is pointless. Adding undue stress to my already busy life is not cool, you guys. I'm sure the only action that will be taken is an anonymous apology from a random employee. Apparently, it's ok to mess with my feelings and my time. I have to make dinner now. Good thing Turbo Tax can't ruin my cooking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Use It Every Year Pretty simple to use. Some of the lingo is not simple enough for us non-accountants. But, even certain situations that I cannot make heads or tails of, I could either get the info from a side box of info, or the LiveChat option. Those who help you on LiveChat are awesome! They review your return and help you with ease.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Very user friendly and makes doing taxes easy for anyone from the comfort of their home! The only thing is that I had to upgrade in order to including the 1099 for my stocks. This didn't make me too happy because it cost around half my tax return just to pay for the upgrade. Might find somewhere else to file my taxes next year because of this.
