Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Program - Hello, I have used Turbo Tax for over 13 years - so easy. I keep all paperwork together, organize then sit down and in a short amount of time completed successfully. Take a note - Be sure to go through a bank or other promo site ALWAYS - I completed this year's return from an e mail that was sent and did not receive my promotional pricing (it expired). When I spoke to customer service, they were sorry - but no service code available to make it right, even 15 or 20 dollars off! It was suggested I start over - not an option.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Used turbo tax for over 5 years. They just sued over hiding fees and upscaling services and loss the case. We where not told of added charges until the very end and if we disagreed with the upcharge all the tax preparation over 5 hours of work would just be deleted and we would have to start all over again on our own. Never using TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX DELUXE i like the program but you really do need to make printing out the state tax easier for people who mail in. it's a problem and a half to fing it to print it out.
