Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX is the BEST! I have not done my own taxes in a long time, I was VERY hesitant in doing them myself. TURBO TAX was recommended to me by my daughter, and I can not believe how FAST and EASY it was. A step by step walk through EVERYTHING! Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, Saves Money over an Accountant I find TurboTax easy to use, and since it walks you through every income item and possible deductible, I feel confident my taxes are done correctly. I have a small business, and I used to pay an accountant hundreds of dollars every year. This is more economical, and I feel like I have greater control over my taxes with Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not intuitive as to steps Although it does handle stock sales it is not intuitive as to how the state taxes will be handled. You fill out forms for Federal and assume these would apply to state but you need to re-apply all statements in the state area to have the state handle the taxes correctly. This is not self intuitive. It was only a comment left that led me to understand how taxes would be handled. This is a typical accountant process but one that leaves a non-accountant to be befuddled for a bit. So the software isn't anything great but it does handle things for you in a very nice "Felix Unger" style. (google it -- Odd couple IRS love Felix). So average.
