Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleep peacefully on your pillow tonight! We have been using TurboTax for 20 years. I would complain if there was sufficient reason to and we did suffer through back in the day when Turbo was still working issues out. The good news is that this is a program that does not require a degree in Internet or Taxes! I still sit back and let the program Guide Me because it does not feel as intense. My Internet connection is a bit sketchy and dear Turbo must know it and with the click from my keyboard my Efile was a cinch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid the new TurboTax online!!!! Utterly horrible! It used to be so easy. I am very organized and a retired CFO, so I would just upload all the info, I would chat with my expert for a few minutes, then a few minutes a few days later to review the results and then I did the rest online in five minutes. The new system is you go through your return with your expert on the phone, and there are other steps like this too. Then, they overcharged me and I am now waiting for a refund. Ironic that their new ads say go fishing while you do your taxes. It was that way in the past. Now, prepare to spend as much time as if you did it yourself.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worse every year Each year there are more ads and more interruptions to try to sell me more. Also, I did the whole return this year using the $59.00 version only to have you charge me $60 extra because I had a mere $189.00 of capital gains. I feel like I was robbed at gun point. This will likely be my last year to use your product.
