Rated 4 out of 5 by from New program is quicker I only use TurboTax over the years. The overall look of it is beautiful and legible. The language is more understandable. The search is SO much more helpful and relevant than EVER, but I would like to see the categories come back on the margin for times I return and want to jump back to a line item that I didn't leave-off. Importing the CSV file took several attempts and a long time, so it's good that there is an option to enter the information, and to browse documents. I love that there is "emergency" and fast live help. Thank you for not leaving us hanging! Christopher called with a smile, was patient and chatty while using my friends' computer, gave me options on how to file "other" income, and also helped with an additional question. I feel that the website has way fewer errors this year (2022 Tax Year) although I had to keep answering the same review questions. Turbotax is reliable, and I can login from anywhere to utilize this great product, and the system communicates when transactions are complete. Grateful for the discount, and for the integrity of keeping record of the credits. Bless you, Intuit!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fonseca return Everything went smoothly except TurboTax would not come up on my computer. Had to file everything on my IPhone. Had to basically sign back in when answering phone or texts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick and easy! Very quick, efficient and easy. Cuts out a lot of the unnecessary, time-consuming details that, ultimately, don't impact your tax return at all. Highly recommend!

After hours on the phone with support, it was clear the functionality was not present. This caused hundreds of dollars of credit to be excluded from my return

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much more convenient The changes made a couple of years ago to TurboTax made it vastly more easy to use. It has made reduced my stress level surrounding investment accounts.. My only caveat is: be careful when choosing to have your fees deducted from your refund. There is a $39 fee associated with that service that you can avoid by using your credit card.
