I thought the Desk top CD soft wear was more simple to operate. For me it wasn't intuitive and the written explanations were lacking. The organizationof the report at the end was very good. The tax expert was a real expert, and a patient, thorough articulate one at that. She expedited the process without rushing and clearly explained the results. She pointed out changes in the tax laws and how I could improve my tax return in the future. For me, using Full service this year wa s well worth the extra expense. .

As a former Tax Preparer, I have used a number of different Tax-Prep software programs, and would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone, whether or not tax-savvy.
