When I ran into an outlier situation a CPA (Doug) was available to virtually assist with navigating the previously uncharted waters. Quickly validated efforts and coached through a couple of areas, which were somewhat vague.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good but I had issues with Scedule E I have used TurboTax Premier for years, but this year I had some issues getting Schedule E information entered. The guided process did not take me there. I had to go to the forms display to enter rental costs/deductions.
