Rated 3 out of 5 by from the software is good but... the software works perfectly, at least for my situation. Its insane to me that in 2023, we still have to file taxes rather than the government just doing the calculations themselves. They already have all the info.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is my preferred way to file taxes I have used TurboTax for many years. The process is thorough and fairly uncomplicated. The reviews provided ensure that mistakes are caught and corrected. A minor complaint: there are times when it seems to lock up with (on my computer) the dreaded circle spinning for a fairly long time. That has occurred in previous editions. This needs to be corrected.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My Last Year for Turbo Tax Third year in a row we needed to wait for Form 8915. I also never liked the fact that when you close and save the file, then reopen to continue working, it takes you to the very beginning instead of taking you to exactly where you left off. Been using TT for several years but this will be my last. I also hate those stupid "free, free, free-free" commercials.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Designated Partnership Representative TurboTax has a bug related to the Designated Partnership Representative. If the Designated Representative is an entity such as Trust, TurboTax requires a Representative for the Trust, but then it errors out. If the person is not the Trust, it's an error. If the representative is the Trust it errors out. No way to get around this. And TurboTax support person couldn't figure this out, couldn't get around the problem. This prevented e-filing or even print filing.
