Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed this year I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I have been happy with it except for two years. Once when I started my return on a free online version of the software only to learn I had to paid what was a higher than usual price to buy the software to print out and file my return. The second time is this year. I had trouble with e0filing my return it got rejected multiple times saying they could not verify me. I tried the on-line help and talked to a person on the phone with no luck. I also searched on-line to find out a number of people are having the same problem. This is either bug in the e-filing software or the government's software to accept returns. Not sure why no one would tell me that and just tell me to mail in return. Although I feel I was cheated in that I paid for the convivence to e-file and I can not.
