Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't Use Again Was forced to pay for TurboTax live cause my return is "complicated". I only had W-2's and a 1099-DIV. I did not even need to use the live expert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is Good We are using Turbo tax for many years, this time we used e filing and a issue, it gave a error cannot submit e file and solution is go online that did not help, finally I try updating software and re open and it went through. My suggestion you need to notify if there is an update don't wait we finish with tax then give error message I was not sure if it remembers but it did I was able to file electronically.

Each tab helps guide you to the correct answer and offers an explanation on what it is that you are filing and why. Even if you are opting to file on your own, the system and interface make it so that you aren't drowning in information without help.
