Rated 2 out of 5 by from cumbersome and takes to much time forcing updates I really should not have to update every time I open the program. You will have to do updates to look up what was filed in past years, and do updates if you continue data entry a couple of days later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from When taxes become complicated, I call turbotax. The service is great, however, your tax expert needs better tools to gather tax information. After 2 years using your service, I still don't feel comfortable sending my tax docs via upload. This could be A security issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was almost amazing Turbo Tax was great with the exception of charging to upgrade to a deluxe version for a rebate that I already had paperwork for. So I was entitled for the extra money just for having the form but they required me to upgrade to get.. So the extra money I got went to them just for me entering in the numbers on the form and they did nothing other than processing what I put in. I feel that is a rip off.
