Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a life saver. Filing taxes are never fun and keeping up with all the changes in tax laws doe not make things any easier. I appreciate TT asking so many questions and making sure I am filing to the best of my knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loyal TurboTax User Since the Beginning This is the first year that I noticed it channeled me to buy an upgraded version. Previously, I have always been using Premier. I have stuck with desktop all of these years because I know what to expect and, unlike the online version, everything wasn't extra. I am hoping this is not going to start happening regularly with the desktop version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX ADDS COMPLCATIONS... I've used turbo tax for several years... Had a few complications and the rep was absolutely wonderful... she was sharp understood the problems and helped me above the circumstances... bravo to her, she is a gem!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2021 Taxes Disappointed this year, after submitting my 2021 data (and not submitting) on 4/9 when I went back to review on 4/17 all my data had disappeared. I received a call and was on hold for 45 minutes, and I ended up resolving by going to an email sent by TurboTax and clicking that link. Also, I would like to see a copy on my desktop for reassurance.
