Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo Tax is easy to use once it is downloaded onto the computer. Instructions to download Turbo Tax onto computer are incorrect in the 2022 Deluxe version. It took two people and way more time than it should have to download the product. Please correct installation instructions for 2023 Tax year. Unable to find where to enter license code to download product. Please put in the correct web address and a simple prompt to enter code and to sign in. Way too complex for someone just trying to get their taxes done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too expensive for the service The only reason I use TurboTax is the ability to port info from last year’s return, but at over $300 to do federal and state taxes, there are way too many actually free sites to use that I’d rather use one of those and deal with the hassle of typing in my info than spend $300 for you to do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Full Service is super helpfull I have used CPAs locally for Turbo Tax, but never used TurboTax. It was super convenient and the CPA I worked with was very knowledgable. We were able to get my personal and business taxes all done within 24 hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I have been using Turbo Tax for years. A few years back, I had gone to a big name tax firm to file my taxes. They forgot to enter a few fields, which caused me to owe all my state taxes. They corrected it (because I had paid extra for protection), but it took a few months to iron itself out. I returned to Turbo Tax the next year and have not looked back. Thanks Turbo Tax!
