The help service call was awful... they hung up on me before I could finish my question .. the walk thru questions were not as helpful either ...for example, I was asked to answer many questions about my dependent before I found out that he was not event qualified to be and avoid many questions... also, there were other questions thougout that were noit clear and could have been eliminated

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse version I've ever used! Full of bugs! Too many blank screens when clicking update buttons. Ended up filling a lot of information by using the forms which makes me uncomfortable that my taxes may not be 100% accurate. Had the same problemm last year but this year was worse. Next year I'll use H&R Block!
