Oops one of the forms of income requires Deluxe because it must be reported on Schedule z23. $119 later, your expensive Deluxe fills out a Not Applicable check box for that income on the 1040. Literally that is all it did. Sorry the free edition could have made that checkbox filling X a lot easier.
