Rated 3 out of 5 by from Repeatedly Pushing Rejected Upgrades Tax prep went fairly rapidly, except for the detours intended to push us to pay extra money for their MAX upgrade which I rejected multiple times. NO means NO and I should not have to keep dodging the same up-sell.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I feel scammed! Automatically set on the Deluxe Live track which is expensive and unnecessary. Didn't know how to change it and didn't use the feature but still had to pay over $200 for the whole process. US taxes are terrible enough and this sucked to have to do.
