Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Deluxe Unfortunately I was unable to use the free version but am still a happy customer. I save every year living in a state that has no income tax so save by not needing to file a state return.

This year when importing brokerage statements the software would hang with the "connection error" message. Reading message boards, many other users experienced the same. I finally got tired of useless support and cleared and restarted my return. For brokerage items, I simply entered bottom-line totals. Hopefully next filing season this won't be an issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am grateful for the ease with which I was able t I have never file a tax return on my own. I've been paying large fees. But as my return became simpler to do I decided to do it myself. My research led me to TurboTax. I chatted with their sales people and had my questions answered. I am impressed that the software corrected errors I made.
