Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax helped me out! They are great! We were having troubles with our refund and didn't understand what we did wrong. We were able to get on with a Turbo Tax Expert and he helped us out tremendously! He even helped us to realize we did last years return wrong and we were able to get that fixed! We will recommend Turbo Tax to everybody that we know!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works, but has increase in cost to file! Filing with Turbo Tax isn't the easiest, but it is convenient. I do dislike the increase in price since last year. Also filing is free for currently serving service members, but nothing once they separate.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unexpected hidden filling fee Turbotax is adding an extra fee for e-filling that was not there in previous years. Ther is no way to opt-out of the fee and have the IRS direct deposit the refund. I am disappointed by this. Turbotax used to be more straight forward with their fees.
