Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is still the best in self filing! I am always super appriciative of TurboTax's discount and knowledge of military expenses out of the ordinary. I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade. The addition of having a representative to talk to within minutes via their call back option never disappoints. Their experts are always professional and courteous. I had help from an expert this return named "Maxwell" or that's what they said. it said "Saphronia" (I think) on our connection. They were very patient and helpful even at the late hour I requested help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not happy with quality The form needed to file too so long to then the price went up by the time form came. I had issues last. year with Illinois taxes and it resulted in me. not. getting my return as expected. this. will be my last time using. Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use. I have used Turbo Tax for several years. I am a retired Tax Manager and Turbo Tax does a great job of walking the preparer through the steps for each form. I still can't figure out why my returns get rejected now for the second year in a row.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is intuitive and in-depth I have been using this product for over 5 years now and every year, I get good at it. It gives me confidence that I can do my own taxes, for that itself this is worth it. The only caveat is that it is a software product so one needs to be patient and an ability to use the tremendous community help available on the website for navigation and solving doubts and concerns which come inevitably as part of learning to do a new thing. Absolutely will recommend for those interested in doing your own taxes.
