Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2023 Returns I needed live help with my taxes this year and I loved everything about the services provided with TurboTax live. My online assistant was so nice and helpful. My tax guy was also very nice and helpful. I've just been with TurboTax since 2015 and the prices and ads are getting out of control. You can't get anything done without an ad. And for live services at other big tax agencies, the prices are not as steep without the ads.
